White People for Racial Justice

White Allies for Racial Justice with Dr. Matthew C. Whitaker

Dr. David W. Campt has asked an important question. “Do you struggle, as a White person, to advance the cause of anti-racism in your community?” If so, you are not alone. “Many White allies need effective tools to engage in productive conversations about race with their White friends, relatives and neighbors.” They need knowledge, resources, skills, and tools for making personal and systemic change.

This Zoom webinar, our second (the first had near 50 registrants), led by historian, activist, DEI leader, Dr. Matthew C. Whitaker, will focus on “helping allies have more effective encounters with people who are skeptical that racism is a problem.” It will also help you become better equipped to aid people of color (POC) in the struggle for racial justice. Deploying successful approaches to ally building, and making use of proven persuasion techniques, this three-hour interactive workshop will provide participants with concrete skills and tools to advance anti-racism and racial justice.  SIgn up today!
