Janel White-Taylor, Ph.D.

Senior Advisor and Trainer

Janel is an Educational Technology Clinical Assistant Professor in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University. Her professional experience includes serving as the Executive Director of Project eXcellence, Faculty Associate for the George Lucas Educational Foundation, and member of the National Commission on Technology and the Future of Teacher Education. Her research and creative interests include creating and developing innovative technology infused hands-on programs for schools and communities, particularly Title I schools in majority minority locales, face to face and online entrepreneurial programs for youth, and innovative ways to integrate technology into the classroom. Janel is technologist with a proven track record of teaching and coaching students at all levels. She is an educational change agent with a strong background in technology integration. She received her bachelor’s degree at Loyola Marymount University, and master’s and doctoral degrees at Arizona State University.
